We know that you want the best, so at Brilliant Event Planning, we take a limited number of events per year in order to ensure each client receives a high touch planning experience. Each level of service is tailor-made to fit the needs and scope of your event.
We have offices in both Boston and New York City. Our Boston wedding and event planners service Boston, Cape Cod, Newport, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket, as well as the New England states of Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Connecticut. Our New York City office services all of the boroughs of NYC, as well as New York State, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and D.C. However, we do travel and both offices offer destination event services. In the past, our work has taken us to Mexico, Ireland, Italy, Antigua, The Bahamas, California, and more!

Whether your wedding is a one-day affair or a weekend of events, we can help! Chelsea and Sarah, co-owners of Brilliant Event Planning, are the lead planners and designers for clients who choose to get married at private homes, have a tented event, or work in a raw space. Our combined 20+ years of wedding planning experience has taken us to exclusive properties, private islands, and remote destinations. Our job is to create the wedding of your dreams - anywhere.

VENUES IN THE NORTHEAST
Not every wedding requires us to do a full build out and create a wedding venue from scratch. For clients who are planning a wedding in a pre—existing venue, we offer comprehensive full service wedding planning and design that is tailored to the needs of a wedding venue. Kate, Senior Associate Planner at Brilliant Event Planning, is the lead planner and designer for clients who choose to get married at a wedding venue in the Northeast. From ballrooms, to barns, and beyond, Kate works collaboratively with both the in-house venue manager and her couples to plan and design one-of-a-kind weddings.
